Returns Policy

At Makne, we want our customers to shop with confidence. However, due to the nature of cosmetic products, we follow a strict no-returns policy.

  • Hygiene & Safety Standards: Once opened or used, cosmetic products cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons. Even sealed products cannot be reshipped once they leave our controlled storage environment.

  • Product Integrity: Cosmetics are sensitive to temperature, storage conditions, and handling. Accepting returns increases the risk of products being tampered with, contaminated, or compromised, which we cannot pass on to other customers.

  • Regulatory Compliance: As a CDSCO-approved and FDA-registered cosmetics brand, Makne is bound by quality and safety standards. Allowing returns may conflict with these compliance requirements.

  • Fairness to Customers: We ensure every product you receive is fresh, sealed, and quality-checked before dispatch. This way, every customer receives uncompromised products directly from our facility.

Exchange Policy

We also do not accept exchanges, and here’s why:

  • Cosmetic Sensitivity: Products like eyeshadows, lipsticks, and other cosmetics are personal-use items. Once they leave our facility, we cannot guarantee their condition if returned for exchange.

  • Safety Concerns: Even if unopened, exchanges create risks of contamination or exposure that could affect product quality.

  • Inventory Management: Every shade, batch, and product undergoes stringent GMP-standard checks. Introducing returns or exchanges would disrupt this strict quality cycle, making it difficult to assure 100% safe products for other customers.

By maintaining a no-return and no-exchange policy, Makne ensures that every item shipped is fresh, untouched, and safe, meeting the highest cosmetic safety standards.
