At Makné, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products.
✅ Returns (7-Day Window)
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Sale/discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return
📦 How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@makne.in with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review and share return instructions within 24-48 hours
- Ship the product back to us (return shipping may be at customer expense)
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval/rejection
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
- For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI)
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
🔄 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for wrong shades (subject to availability). Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
