How does the delivery process work?

• After passing all checks, the items are carefully packed and sealed to maintain product integrity and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  

• Our delivery partners will then deliver your package to your doorstep at the earliest. If they face any issues in reaching your address or delivering at a convenient time, they will contact you directly to resolve the concern.
  

• We take pride in our safe and reliable packaging so that your order reaches you without any damage. Wherever possible, we are also working towards sustainable packaging alternatives while maintaining product safety.

Where do we ship?

Makne currently ships across India. As we grow, we will expand our shipping network and keep you updated via our website and social media channels.

What is the estimated delivery time?

• We usually dispatch most orders within 0–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• While we strive to keep our inventory updated, certain products may require additional sourcing or checks before dispatch, which could cause minor delays.

• During promotional events or seasonal sales, order dispatches may take a little longer due to high order volumes. Even in such cases, our goal is to ship your order within 5 days from the order date.

What are the shipping charges?

• Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

• Standard shipping charges apply for most addresses. Free shipping offers (if applicable) will be communicated during promotions or minimum order campaigns.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment methods (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, wallets, etc.) at checkout.
